Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation received 15 Days prior to Check in – Zero Penalty

  • Cancellation received between 07 to 15 Days prior to Check in – 50% Penalty

  • Cancellation received within 07 Days of Check In or No Show – 100% Penalty

  • 15% Processing Fees of the full booking amount will be charged for any cancellation received post confirmation while initiating refund.

  • In Case of any natural calamity, only credit note will be issued on the paid amount & can be utilized in any future bookings.

  • All Guest are liable to publish their Identity Proof & Address Proof while Check in.

  • All Hotel Manager are authorized to ask for the Age proof for the children if & when required.
